If I order today, will I have my order tomorrow?
That depends on the day and time you place your order. All orders placed before 4:00 pm will be processed the same day. We strive to deliver your order within 1-2 days after confirmation of your order. Your order will be delivered to you by PostNL and the delivery time of your order therefore depends on the delivery days (and delivery times) PostNL uses. PostNL delivers letterbox mail and letterbox packages within the Netherlands from Tuesday to Saturday, usually within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday. The delivery of other mail differs per shipping option.

If you want to contact us, you are of course very welcome! You can always do that by using the contact-box at the right bottom of the page. The box appears on all pages of our site to give you the best possible service. Just click on the balloon to make the box visible. We will do our best to respond to your message as quickly as possible. If we are not available at the time you want to contact us via the chat box, you can always leave a message in the appropriate box.

Can you order/re-order something for me?
If your size is out of stock or you would like to order an item that is not available in our (web) store, we can always try to order the item or size you want. Most of our manufacturers work with digital stock systems and we can often directly indicate whether a product is available or not. For 'repeat orders' or 'information questions' it is best to send an e-mail to info@bodywearstore.com. Let us know!
Is my data safe and can I pay securely in your store?
In our store your data is encrypted and you can pay safely online. By using the latest SSL certificates within our store (see the lock in the upper left corner of the address bar/HTTPS), you can safely use your personal and bank details during the handling and payment of your order. The SSL technology ensures that all sensitive information such as your address and bank details are encrypted and cannot be intercepted or read by third parties during the transfer between your computer and our system.
What do I have to do to earn points for € 20,= shop credit?
With your own personal account you can benefit from special offers and all the extras that BodywearStore has to offer you. You can use our point-saving system, which automatically earns you a shopping credit with every order. For every Euro you spend in our store or online shop, you will receive one 'Bodypoint'. If you have saved 250 Bodypoints you will automatically receive a shop credit of € 20,- which you can use for your next order! Saving Bodypoints is automatic if you have an account at BodywearStore. You do not have to do anything else. When you have saved € 20,- or 250 points, you will be automatically notified by our web-system to redeem your points.
