Please note that by clicking the ‘Buy now’ button at checkout, you agree that you are obligated to pay for the order.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid.You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from The BodywearStore the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers (only if an order is being shipped as a parcel).If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
The inclusion of any products or services on bodywearstore.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on bodywearstore.com at the time you place your order.
Prices and delivery charges
All prices displayed at bodywearstore.com are in Euros and include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge. If the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change of VAT amount will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified. We reserve the right to change product prices and delivery charges from time to time without prior notice to you. The accurate product prices and delivery charges that will apply to your order will be those on bodywearstore.com at the time you place your order.
The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. Our standard delivery fee for countries within the European Union is 3,95 Euros, and a 6,95 Euros standard delivery fee will be applied to all orders from countries outside of the European Union. If we are unable to deliver your order in full (or in one package) and have to make more than one delivery (or packages), there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
Ordering/conclusion of contract
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. Once you have placed your order with us, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If we are not able to refund the amount for this item, using the same method used to make this paymemt, and alternative arrangements are necessary, one of our representatives will contact you to settle the refund.
Withdrawal of your order
You may cancel your order no later than 24 hours from the date/time of your receipt of the ordered items. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund, which will include The BodywearStore’s standard delivery costs (if applied).
If you wish to cancel or return your order (or part of the order), please ship back the items which you wish to return. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 15 days of receiving your returned package. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change. If the item you have received is defective, please notify us promptly so we can narrange the return of the item for you.
You have 14 days to decide if the purchased item is right for you.The BodywearStore guarantees to refund any returned item provided that the item was purchased on bodywearstore.com, and that the item is returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. This means the item must not have been damaged, washed, or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or hangtags must remain attached and be intact. We reserve the right to reject returned items which we determine have not been purchased on bodywearstore.com, e.g. items purchased at our physical store in The Hague, and items returned without a completed ‘Return Form’ or order number. If you decide to return any item(s), please contact us so we can send you a stamped envelope or you to return the item(s) to our store (only for European countries!) Please note that if you live outside of Europe, the return of an item will be arranged and paid for by you. Here at The BodywearStore we exercise the utmost care and diligence in accepting and processing your order and will endeavour to deliver the order to a residential address or any other address, in accordance with your selected delivery option. The BodywearStore endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 2 to 7 working days following confirmation of your order, depending on the country you live in. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events or holidays. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation and a notification once your order has been shipped.
For all our international customers we would like to make shopping at our store as easy and convenient as possible. Therefore you can pay for your goods in the following ways: Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Bank transfer Maestro (European customers only), V-Pay, Bancontact/Mister Cash (Belgian customers only)
During the checkout process you will be asked to select your method of payment and to enter the required payment details. You will be redirected to the payment service of our bank (called ‘Rabobank Omnikassa’) where you can choose the payment method of your choice from where will be directed to your financial institution. Upon confirmation that the applicable amount has been debited to your account, The BodywearStore will prepare and ship your order. If an ordered item is not available for shipment, The BodywearStore will issue a refund in the corresponding amount. You will receive the legally required receipt (invoice document) in the order confirmation e-mail, and enclosed with your order.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit The BodywearStore’s liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability. We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach.
The BodywearStore is not responsible for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on bodywearstore.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.
Prints, colours and product details
At The BodywearStore we make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition, colours, prints and specific producte details. All colours, prints and product details you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours and details.
Defects Despite the fact that we take good care of all our products, and that all orders are being picked and shipped with great care, defected goods may occur. If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, The BodywearStore abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied please let us know by contacting us and returning the goods to us.
Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights (e.g. product images) at bodywearstore.com remain with The BodywearStore and its suppliers. Any use of bodywearstore.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial, use, is prohibited without the permission of The BodywearStore
