Right of Access:
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time. You can contact us and we will email you the personal data you have requested.

The personal data you provide will be processed by BodywearStore in an automated manner based on your consent. If desired, you have the right to receive a copy of this data from us in a commonly used and machine-readable format. This personal data provided by you can be transferred by us to you or a third party.

Right to correction:
Is the personal data we use not the right one? Please let us know! You have the right to ask us to amend or supplement your personal data if it is incorrect or incomplete.
If you have a BodywearStore account you can modify your personal data on your account and membership pages.

Right of Deletion:
Would you like to delete the data you have provided? You have the right to delete personal data processed by BodywearStore at any time, with the exception of the situations listed below:
- you have a pending case with customer service;
- you have placed an order that has not yet been processed and / or shipped;
- you have an outstanding debt with BodywearStore, regardless of your chosen payment method.

The right to object to direct marketing:
You have the right to object to direct marketing, including profile analysis for direct marketing purposes applied by BodywearStore. If you no longer wish to receive direct marketing you can indicate this yourself in any marketing email (newsletter) you receive from us.

WHAT DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?

Online purchases
We use your data to process online orders as quickly and easily as possible. For the rest we will use this information only with your permission. BodywearStore will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only provide it to third parties involved in processing your order. If you place an order, the following personal information will be used by us: name, email address, billing address, delivery address and payment information.

Safe payment
BodywearStore handles and stores the information you provide on a Secure Server (see the padlock in the top left of the address bar/HTTPS). We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, theft or any form of unlawful processing. In your BodywearStore account we store information such as your name and address, email address and delivery address, so you do not need to fill them in with every new order. By using the latest SSL certificates within our store you can safely use your personal and bank details when handling your order. The SSL technology ensures that all sensitive information such as your address and bank details are encrypted and during the transfer between your computer and our system can not be intercepted or read by third parties.

Communication and marketing
BodywearStore processes your personal data for acceptance of your order, implementation of agreements with you, customer relationship management and management information, product and service development and determining the (general) strategy and legal obligations. Personal data can also be used to detect (attempts to) unlawful and / or criminal behavior towards BodywearStore and its customers and employees. Through our newsletter we will keep you informed about all products and services we have to offer, which we think might be of interest to you. Of course you will only receive this newsletter if you have indicated that you want to be kept informed of news and special offers from BodywearStore. In our newsletter you always have the option to unsubscribe (opt out) if you no longer wish to receive news about our store.

How long will my data be kept?
We keep your data:
- for direct marketing until you withdraw your consent;
- as long as you have an active BodywearStore account;
- in connection with contacting our customer service (phone, chat and email logs and correspondence) for at least 100 days;
- To access your purchase history for at least 12 months in our system. After that, this data will be kept on a secure server as long as you are an active customer or send us a request to delete your personal data.

Who has access to my personal data?
All personal data provided by you will be used by BodywearStore and its employees to optimize the above mentioned services, or to improve them.
Data sent by us to third parties will also only be used to provide you with the above services.
