DELIVERY TIMES - DELIVERY METHODS - SHIPPING COSTS

DELIVERY
All orders placed before 4:00 pm we try to process the same day. We do our best to have your order shipped within 1-2 days of confirming your order.

Your order will be delivered to you by PostNL and the delivery time of your order depends on the delivery days and/or delivery times that PostNL uses. For sending your order, we always choose the most economical and reliable solution. For the larger quantity of orders, this means that we work with 'letterbox packages'. This means you always have a 'track & trace' code that you receive from the web system. The big advantage is that you are sure that we have sent your package in any case and that you can (largely) follow. Please note that PostNL delivers letterbox mail (and therefore letterbox packages) within the Netherlands from Tuesday to Saturday. Usually PostNL delivers these parcels within 48 hours after the moment of dispatch. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will therefore not be sent until the following Monday. Orders that can not be sent in a box, we send standard as a package with track & trace code. You can assume that your package is often within 2 working days with you and that you can follow it through PostNL or the sent email messages.

DELAY
In the unlikely event that there is a delay in the shipment of your order of which we are aware, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed and to give you a new delivery date. Of course it may happen that PostNL has a delay and then you can always contact us. In that case we will always do our best to solve your problem to your satisfaction.

If the (address) information you provided with your order is incomplete we will contact you to process and ship your order to you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY METHOD

At BodywearStore we attach great importance to the way we send our orders and how you receive the items you ordered from us. Therefore, our orders are carefully and in an original, stylish way packed for you and standard as a letterbox package sent to you. If you prefer your order to be delivered in a different way, you can indicate this in the comments field when placing your order. On the checkout page you can also choose to send to PostNL parcel locations or pick up in the store of your purchase.
If the dimensions of the original packaging of an item do not allow it to be sent as a letterbox package, we will send you the item without (or out of) the original packaging provided.

If the size and dimensions of the product do not allow it to be sent as a letterbox package, your order will automatically be sent as a package.

When shipped as a letter or package you will receive - as indicated earlier - a tracking code so you can be sure that the order has been shipped. With this barcode you can easily track your order via PostNL. order tracking!

If you do not wish to receive your order at home, it is of course also possible to have it delivered to another delivery address. The desired delivery address can easily be specified when placing your order. Outside this possibility you can also choose to pick up at PostNL locations.

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS

At BodywearStore we charge you 3,95 € for standard shipping of the item(s) you bought. The shipping costs of 3,95 € that BodywearStore charges per order for standard shipping are fixed and will therefore not increase when purchasing multiple items. However, we can apply promotions that give you the right to free shipping above a certain amount of purchased items. Your order will be sent as a standard mailbox package or as a package (if the items ordered by you do not fit through the mailbox). With the tracking code you will receive from us you can easily follow the progress of your order on the site of PostNL.

De hierboven genoemde verzendkosten gelden voor verzending binnen Nederland en gelden op dit moment voor alle bestellingen met een totaalbedrag tot 45,- €. Boven het bedrag van 45,- € brengen wij geen verzendkosten in rekening voor standaard verzending via PostNL.

SHIPPING COSTS TO BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG AND GERMANY

Voor internationale verzendingen naar Duitsland, Luxemburg en België brengt BodywearStore per bestelling 6,95 € in rekening als standaard pakketpost. Bij besteding van 80,- € of meer aan artikelen uit onze winkel worden geen verzendkosten in rekening gebracht voor het laten versturen van je bestelling.

SHIPPING COSTS TO OTHER COUNTRIES WITHIN EUROPE

Bij alle bestellingen naar Bulgarije, Estland, Frankrijk, Hongarije, Ierland, IJsland, Italië, Kroatië, Letland, Litouwen, Oostenrijk, Polen, Portugal, Roemenië, San Marino, Servië, Slovenië, Slowakije, Spanje, Tsjechië en Verenigd Koninkrijk (ofwel Europa – Zone 1) geldt een verzending van 7,95 € per zending. Bij besteding van 90,- € of meer aan artikelen uit onze winkel worden geen verzendkosten in rekening gebracht voor het laten versturen van je bestelling.

Bij alle bestellingen naar Denemarken, Finland, Griekenland, Malta, Monaco, Noorwegen en Zweden (ofwel Europa – Zone 2) geldt een verzending van € 9,95 per zending. Bij besteding van €100,- € of meer aan artikelen uit onze winkel worden geen verzendkosten in rekening gebracht voor het laten versturen van je bestelling.

Bij alle bestellingen naar Albanië, Bosnië Herzegovina, Liechtenstein, Moldavië, Montenegro, Noord-Macedonië, Vaticaan en Kosovo (ofwel Europa – Zone 3) geldt een verzending van 24,95 € per zending. Bij besteding van 150,- € of meer aan artikelen uit onze winkel worden geen verzendkosten in rekening gebracht voor het laten versturen van je bestelling.

SHIPPING COSTS OUTSIDE EUROPE

Voor internationale verzendingen buiten Europa naar Japan, Zuid-Korea, Canada, Verenigde Staten (US), Australië en Nieuw-Zeeland (ofwel Wereld 1) geldt een speciaal tarief van 16,95 € per transactie (bestelling). Buiten Europa verzendklasse Wereld 1 is verzending van een bestelling met een waarde van 100,- € gratis.

Voor internationale verzendingen buiten Europa brengt BodywearStore per transactie 29,95 € in rekening voor het standaard verzenden van de gekochte artikelen via PostNL. Dit gaat om intercontinentale zendingen naar Afrika, Azië, Noord-Amerika, Oceanië, Zuid-Amerika en Groenland (ofwel Wereld 2). Buiten Europa verzendklasse Wereld 2 is verzending van een bestelling met een waarde van 300,- € gratis.

PICKUP ORDER

Would you rather pick up your order in our store? Then you can indicate this on the checkout page as shipping method. For picking up your order in our store in The Hague, no shipping costs will be charged. After the order has been completed you will receive a message from us when the order is processed and ready to be picked up. When picking up your order, please consider the opening hours of our store!

All sales prices quoted by BodywearStore do not include the shipping costs mentioned above.
