How can I return my online order?
For the sake of hygiene, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. This is based on our experience over the past 16 years as an online store.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online order, you have 14 days to report this to us. The 14 days start on the day you receive your purchase. If you wish to dissolve your purchase wholly or partially, strict rules apply. Articles must not have been fitted, worn, washed or otherwise used. Articles must also be free of body odors and dander. If you want to exchange or return the purchased items, you must let us know by email within the above-mentioned cooling-off period of 14 days. Exchanges and returns are only possible after contacting our customer service department and we kindly ask you to read the conditions carefully.
If you are returning the order to us, you must at all times enclose this (fully completed) return form to enclose. In the absence of the return form or an incomplete return form, your request for revocation will not be processed.
You must arrange the return shipment yourself and the cost of the return is at your own expense.
We advise you to reuse the packaging we used to return your purchase to us to ensure you use the cheapest standard delivery to return the items. Please make sure that you adequately frank the return when you return an item. If your return is not sufficiently franked or if you use a return shipping method that incurs additional charges, we will have to deduct these direct return costs from the refund of your return. You cannot use cash on delivery for your return.
If we agree to your return and you can return an entire order you will receive a refund from us for the value of the returned items after a successful inspection of the items. Any shipping costs you had paid to receive your purchase will also be refunded by us.
If we agree to return part of your order, you will be refunded the value of the returned items after a successful inspection of the items. Any shipping costs will not be refunded in this case. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your return has been checked by us for defects and signs of use. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

How can I exchange one or more items from my order?
Would you like to exchange a purchase or an order then this is also only after consultation and approval of our department "Customer Service". In this case we will indicate that you can return the purchase or order. Upon receipt of your item(s) to be exchanged, you will receive a confirmation and refund. You can then place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a refund from us you will receive it from us after we have received the return shipment. The refund will be within two weeks on the account that was paid. In case of cancellations a refund period of 30 days after the date of cancellation applies.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO RETURN MY ITEM?
Only exchanges and returns approved by us can be accepted. At all times, tickets must be attached, items must not have been fitted, worn, washed or otherwise used. Also, items must be free of body odors and dander. Also, the original packaging must be included. We have strict requirements for hygiene and packaging. BodywearStore reserves the right at all times in case of doubt about the hygiene to refuse and return.
Hygiene products
Products (underwear and swimwear) cannot be sold by us once they have been removed from their packaging and tried on. For hygiene reasons, all products returned to us are thoroughly checked by us. BodywearStore reserves the right to refuse a returned product or to credit only a portion of the purchase price if it is suspected that the product is fitted or worn, damaged and / or the supplied original packaging of the product is no longer (as far as possible) in original and undamaged condition.
Unfortunately, we are forced to state that thongs/thongs and similar products such as cups, straps, c-rings, string bodies, etc. will not be accepted by us as returns.
For items not covered by the hygiene code, the regular conditions of the right of withdrawal apply. However, we do require that you always 'register' the return with us. Preferably do this via e-mail so that there is always clarity.
Upon inspection of the items, the following conditions and criteria will apply in assessing your right of withdrawal:
- The clothing has not been worn and/or washed (dry-cleaned).
- There are no stains, makeup/deodorant stains, body odors or cigarette odors on the items.
- No attempt has been made to repair a defect.
If after inspection it appears, or we suspect, that you have used the product purchased by you for more than is necessary to assess whether you actually want to keep the product, then you are liable for the reduction in value and can not proceed to dissolve / cancel the purchase.
BodywearStore reserves the right to refuse returns that have been requested and shipped outside the specified time frame.
What should I do if I do not receive what I ordered?
Please check the contents of your package once you have received it. Do you notice a problem?
Is an article damaged?
Before we send your order, we check that the quality of the items ordered is tiptop and meets our requirements: we send our items as we would like to receive them. If an item has been damaged during shipment, please contact us by e-mail or phone. We will do everything in our power to handle your order - free of charge - as desired!
Is your order incomplete or did you receive something other than what you ordered?
Is an item missing or has the wrong item been delivered? Before we ship your order, we always check it carefully, but we can of course make a mistake. Our apologies for this! If you didn't receive everything you ordered, or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us so we can process your order as desired.
Do I have to pay the Riverty/Klarna invoice for a (partial) return?
If you have opted for Riverty/Klarna to pay for your order, the payment for this order will go through Riverty/Klarna. In the event of a return, you ultimately only pay the amount for the items you keep. If you return part of your order, we will adjust the outstanding invoice at Riverty/Klarna. If you return the complete order and have not yet paid it to Riverty/Klarna, the invoice will be cancelled. Please note! In the event of a return, any payment obligation to Riverty/Klarna remains. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
If you have a complaint or are not satisfied with the quality of a product you bought in our store, please let us know so we can assess whether the complaint is justified.
- If a complaint is valid, BodywearStore decides whether the item will be replaced or (partially) credited.
- An item returned for warranty assessment must be clean and dry. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.
In the event of an unfounded complaint, the costs incurred will be at your own expense.
No warranty claims can be made in the event of:
- Damage due to intent or negligence;
- Improper use or negligent maintenance;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage caused by not or not correctly observing the operating instructions;
- Applied change (s) as a result of which the article is no longer in its original state.
